Black letterpress in timeless and goes with everything! It also happens to be our favourite form of print (but don’t tell the other print methods!).

We also wanted to create a bundle for couples that might have left their invitations to the last minute and need something in a hurry. The black letterpress bundles are restricted in shapes and colours, allowing us to offer a quicker timeframe. Order the black letterpress bundle if you need invitations in a hurry, or if like us its your favourite!

Together, let’s create the stationery of your dreams! Over our journey we have had the privilege of working closely with couples to create truly unique stationery suites. Each year we take on a limited number of custom designs and we love the extended time spent with clients.

If you have been dreaming of your event stationery for as long as you can remember and have a vision that’s different from our online options this might just be for you.

Custom design starts with booking a consultation. A customer service team member will reach out to introduce themselves (please allow 2 business days). They will suggest time and dates for a phone or zoom consultation. The initial investment of $60.00 is redeemable towards print, however is non refundable if you choose not to go ahead as work commences straight away and a time in our design calendar is reserved for you.

What to expect during a consultation? Tell us all of your ideas & dreams. Together we come up with solutions. 

Zoom or phone Consultations go for 45 minutes and are scheduled weekdays between 9.30am - 2.00pm. If you need an after hour or weekend consultation please feel free to let us know. 

After your consultation an itemised quote for design & print is provided. Upon approval of the quote, payment installments are due prior to design and again prior to commencement of print.

You’ll need at least 12 weeks for stationery & signage design and you have allocated a minimum $6,000 for your stationery & signage budget.

Please read our booking guide and terms & conditions prior to placing an order. Online bookings including consultation bookings are non refundable as work commences as soon as a booking is placed and a spot is reserved for you.

Ordering Online
Ordering Step by Step

Step 1. Select your favourite design & order online.

Step 2. A customer service team member will reach out to introduce themselves. They will then request your wording, colour choices, shape choices and help with any questions you might have (please allow 2 business days).

Step 3. Design commences and pdf proofs are emailed. Included in your booking is 2 rounds of refinement to wording. For example if your ceremony time changes or you change your mind on dress attire. Refinement does not include changes to layout or fonts.

For more information about what’s included and excluded in design please read on further. After 2 rounds of text edits are completed, any additional text edits are invoiced at $80 per request prior to the change being made.

Step 4. Approve your design and the print process gets underway. For the print process to commence your signed proof needs to be emailed back to us. Please ensure you only sign once you have carefully checked everything.

Step 5. The best part then takes place. Your stationery is printed with love & packaged with care. Postage via Sendle is included for Australian bookings. You are also welcome to collect your stationery from our factory if you prefer. Collections need to be pre arranged.

Shipping Australia Wide clients:
Free regular post via Sendle Australia Wide for orders over $200.00. 
Express post is additional and is calculated at check out.  All tracking details are sent to the client once the parcel has been sent. Please read our shipping policy for more information.

Timeframe

Invitation Suites: Please allow a minimum 6 weeks for design & print. Once artwork is approved, print time frame is on average 3 weeks.

Black Letterpress bundle: Please allow a minimum 4 weeks for design & print. Once artwork is approved, print time frame is on average 2 weeks. Menus & Signage: Please allow a minimum 6 weeks for design & print. Once artwork is approved, print time frame is on average 3 weeks. Ribbon: Please allow a minimum 6 weeks for design & print. Once artwork is approved, print time frame is on average 3- 4 weeks. Multiple changes and slow response times will push out the timeframe. During peak periods our timeframes may also increase.

With our 12+ years of experience we have learnt a thing or two about what works best with our in house print methods. Font or layout changes are not included. Customise with your own wording, shapes, colours & print methods.

Fabric Signage

When ordering fabric signage on its own, there are additional sizes available. You can select from 650 x 2000mm which is what is demonstrated online. For extra length select 650 x 3000mm. Or for an oversized piece select 1200 x 4000mm. Alternatively contact us for a quote on different sizing.

Fabric signage is a linen blend material 380gsm. It is white in colour. When sublimation print is done, the back side remains white. Signage edges are over locked to avoid fraying. Eyelets in brass or nickel are included. You can select to have ribbon included to use for hanging. Ribbon is 25mm double satin and is available in our range of complimenting colours.

Supply your own design in print ready format
 for fabric signage. When providing your own print ready design, please supply high resolution artwork set up at the correct size with fonts outlined. We have a design admin fee of $80.00 per hour (minimum 1 hour) to adjust artwork that is not print ready.

Fabric signage comes folded for postage. A light steam on the reverse side is ideal prior to hanging. .
